About the coach

Frankie Nicoletti has been lifting since before everyone was a social media influencer—starting with CrossFit, weightlifting, and classic bro lifting. She also taught yoga and Pilates reformer. In 2021, she hired a personal trainer to write a barbell program so she could learn to bench press. He competed in powerlifting that December, and she followed four months later.

Since then, she’s gone all in. She is a regional USAPL referee and a national-level Powerlifting United referee. She began coaching powerlifting in 2023 and has helped clients progress from zero lifting experience to confident competitors. In early 2024, she became one of fewer than 100 drug-tested women to squat over 500 lbs.

A neurodivergent ’90s kid in a bigger body, she worked hard to develop the skills needed to track macros and lost 40 lbs in 2024. Her approach to nutrition is grounded in lived experience: body weight is just one attribute, food is morally neutral, and nutrition isn’t about discipline—it’s about skill-building and support. She understands that different bodies move and relate to food differently (especially if you had an almond mom), and she coaches by working with each client’s lifestyle and preferences—not against them. Because the best plan is the one you can actually stick to.
