Frankie Nicoletti started lifting through CrossFit, weightlifting, and traditional strength training, and also taught yoga and Pilates. She hired a personal trainer for barbell programming/big 3 in 2021. He competed in his first powerlifting meet in December and she followed suit 4 months later. He totaled 2k in 2025.
In early 2024, she became one of fewer than 100 drug-tested women to squat over 500 lbs. She is in the top 15 Masters squatters of all time, regardless of weight class. She has judged for several powerlifting federations, including USAPL and Powerlifting United, at a regional national level. She started her coaching practice in 2023. She is Pre-script Barbell certified. If you are looking for an accomplished heavyweight coach, look no further.
She offers client-centered training and nutrition packages. This isn't her day job, so she doesn't need her clients to achieve superhuman results to pay her rent. She can meet you where you are at and program around your real life, whether you want to compete or not. The most effective training and nutrition program is one you can stick to the most consistently. Her approach focuses on skill-building rather than discipline. She wants you to win, whatever your definition of winnning is.
She is currently training and competing primarily in strongman. She is not coaching strongman (yet).
Frankie's approach to nutrition coaching is grounded, balanced and accessible. She met me where I was at every step of the way, from loosely tracking a protein goal to being able to successfully execute a 14lb cut and then a 10lb relatively lean bulk. She let me learn at my own pace the entire time, adopting strategies and layering things in as worked for me and my life. Most importantly (to me) Frankie gave me the space to learn to relate to my body, food and body weight in a neutral way— a huge win for someone who is in recovery from an eating disorder.
I can't recommend Frankie enough for anyone who is looking for a humanistic and meaningful approach to nutrition coaching.
You should experience training in the gym, yes. Remote coaching is not suitable for new-to-gym athletes. You do not have to have powerlifting-specific experience.
Yes. I am not a doctor, and cannot diagnose or treat any disease, but I can support you with guidance from your provider. I can help shape diets that work for you while meeting clinical requirements.
YES.
That is what the brolifting + nutrition package is for! Train hard with a focus on fun and body recomp goals, with macros that support it.
Not yet. I am still new to the sport myself and do not feel qualified to teach all of the movements. I can prepare you (strength and conditioning) for strongman, and I could probably take you thru prep for a local low-stakes show, but otherwise I really need a few more years under my belt!
